You stay in control of connected-account data. Each step below can be done on its own, at any time.
- Disconnect inside PsychSuite in one click
- Deletion request confirmed within 7 days
- Deletion completed within 30 days
- Only records required by law are kept
1. Disconnect in PsychSuite
In PsychSuite, go to Grow > Settings > Integrations and click Disconnect on Google or Meta. This immediately revokes access and deletes the stored tokens.
2. Remove PsychSuite from Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, select PsychSuite and click Remove.
3. Remove PsychSuite from Google
Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select PsychSuite and remove access.
4. Delete all account data
Email support@psychsuite.com from your account email with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, HIPAA medical-record retention held on behalf of the clinic).
