1. Our Commitment
PsychSuite is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our marketing website and clinical software platform.
2. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
PsychSuite aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our current conformance status is partially conformant, meaning that some parts of the content or platform may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, though we are actively working to remediate these areas.
3. Measures We Take
To ensure accessibility across our digital properties, we take the following measures:
- Integrate accessibility considerations directly into our design and development reviews.
- Employ semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for robust screen reader support.
- Ensure full keyboard navigation across interactive components.
- Maintain clear, visible focus states.
- Conduct regular color contrast checks and support high-contrast dark modes.
- Respect operating system preferences for reduced motion (`prefers-reduced-motion`).
4. Compatibility with Assistive Technology
Our platform is designed to be compatible with standard assistive technologies. We test primarily using the latest versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) running on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
5. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, there may be some limitations. Known issues currently include:
- Highly complex clinical data visualizations or charts may lack complete text alternatives.
- Some third-party embedded content or legacy integrated tools may not be fully accessible.
We are prioritizing the remediation of these issues in upcoming development sprints.
6. Feedback & Reporting a Barrier
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter accessibility barriers on the PsychSuite platform, or require information in an alternate format, please let us know:
- Email: support@psychsuite.com
We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
7. Formal Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our response to an accessibility barrier, you may escalate your concern to our support management team via the same email address, noting "Accessibility Escalation" in the subject line. We treat all accessibility complaints seriously and will work with you to find a resolution.
8. Assessment Approach
PsychSuite assessed the accessibility of its platform through a combination of internal automated testing and manual expert evaluation. The most recent comprehensive review was conducted in January 2026.
